Need to choose a cam

stamped rockers (considering rollers)
edelbrock performer intake
holley 750
3.91 gears
mild porting
Hooker headers

I don't know a whole lot about this as you can pretty much see. I am mainly looking for opinions that make sense. I've never had an engine built before and want to have it run with a noticeable lope at idle. The last cam practically shook the door handles off.
