Spool mount questions!!

73 dart sport, took 318 and 904 out. Puttin 360 and 727 in. To use the 318 mounts what do I do. And do they mount behind the bolt hole tabs or behind. If I put them infront the bracket hits the block b4 the holes line up. And I think ur supposed to shim one of them

Thanks that cleared alot of confusion. I really wish I had the money to spare for these mounts. Rather than just buying the poly inserts like I did
 
..........They go on like in the pics by dilly340.........u need to shim the drivers side top rear about 3/8 to 1/2 in with washers or a spacer..............kim..........
