Thanks for clarifying that. I don't know how many times I hear people refer to 'Shelby Dakota convertibles'. Sure is a popular misconception.
Here's a pic of one of the two Shelbys I bought new. This was my first new truck. I just sold it a few months ago as I am wanting to buy my first new car, a Challenger.
The truck was all original except the battery, tires, brake calipers, and a/c clutch. (And I still had the original parts.) I bought it new in Jan. 1990 and sold it to a member here.
