Still waiting on a title

Yep, you were being missed here!!! What have you been waiting on longer, the snow or that pesky title?? Whats the holdup on the title?? Not getting cooperation from the PO or is it in the hands of the DMV?? Hope whoever it is picks up the pace a little and gets a poor enthusiast his papers so you can get busy!!!
