Stupid question: will a 65 formula S intake fit a non formula S 273?

yeah mine is the early one, it's a 1965. And the manifold I found is a 65 too, just wanted to make sure it was direct bolt on...

How much of a hp difference between the edelbrock D4b and the Formula S?
