looks like im pulling the motor apart already

You can rent/borrow/buy a cooling system pressure tester (Even Harbor Fright...yuck!) to truly see what's going on in the cooling system. A coolant leak or blown head gasket may or may not show up as bubbles in the coolant.
Compression tests will show things like worn cam lobes, but a leakdown test is your buddy.

Pull all plugs, look for ones that look "different", go from there. Smell the smoke, as mentioned. White smoke=coolant. Blue smoke=oil. Black smoke=fuel.

And if it's cold and you've only put 150 miles on it, are you even running it long enough to get it HOT? Let's face it, a cold motor, exhaust, etc. (i.e. "the system") WILL make a lot of water vapor when it has cooled off. If you're not warming it up, short-tripping, etc, you can have HUGE amounts of water buildup in the mufflers that takes a LONG time to boil out (Remember, all condensation may run to mufflers, and then overnight makes ice, which takes awhile to cook out.

If there's no smell to the "smoke" other than exhaust...drive it till it's HOT and see what's up. 20 miles, minimum.
