Thought AZ has a collectors insurace exemption, if the car has collectors insurance no smog necessary? County I live in Washington has no emissions test.....
Hasn't went into affect yet. Governor signed off on it now we're waiting for the feds to ok the plan. Even with the exemption you have to qualify for it with the insurance company. Vehicle must be garaged, can't be driven to work, and you must own another vehicle as a daily driver.
