8 3/4 geared to low. Whats compatable?

I've got a set of 3.91's in my 8.75 Tru Trac and it will shift through ALL 3 gears in a very short distance going at a slow pace. Small Block

My 904 does the same thing and hits 3rd within maybe 50 feet. No problem as the KD is always looking for a sudden foot stomp.

If that 8 3/4 is a suregrip you may be able to sell it "for cheap" to a guy like me who runs the 1/8.
