problems with cragar SS lug nuts???
I'd drive the daily rattler down to a fastener/ hardware store. Buy ONE 7/16 fine thread nut, and before you leave, take a 7/16 fine thread bolt (with your right hand nuts, of course,) and try one or two lug nuts on the bolt
If that works OK, take the 7/16 nut home and try it on your RH studs to make sure THEY are OK.
If either/ neither fits, buy a 7/16 tap or die, or both, and go "chasin" some threads
If you examine some bolts you can TELL BY LOOKING if they are RH or LH thead.
Hold the bolt so the end is up, and look at the threads. RH threads will go "downhill" to the LEFT
LEFT had threads will go down to the RIGHT
Below, the LEFT drawing is LEFT hand thread, the RIGHT drawing is RIGHT hand thread
