Not to break in to this great thread--But here is a idea--I also would be VERY interested in these because I have the tubular uppers already BUT--A lot of us have FINISHED painted cars already and welding any thing in the wheel house area other than on the frame would screw-up the engine compartment finish--Did you see the upper shock support that a high school class designed in Michigan when they were installing a Cap auto tub k-member???? It was simply a channel welded ONLY to the frame rail and went up under the original shock mount to carry the load--Since QA1 bought out cap I wonder if the are selling those shock supports---Just an Idea--I WOULD buy a set if I don't have to burn -up my paint in the engine compartment installing a Brace---Just my 40 Cents worth--Swifter a.k.a Steve--I think I had seen a article in Mopar Muscle with this shock support
