Painting master cylinder cast iron gray ???

Want to get rid of black paint job on MC and paint it cast iron gray. How do I preserve the gray cast look after it's installed? Thanks for your tips.

I think if you paint it cast iron gray it will stay cast iron gray. (I think they sell cast iron gray high temp) That's what i would do if I was painting mine.....
