I checked out the Umarex 'Colt' and it was cool,but somehow felt like a toy.

The company I worked for had a .22 conversion,but the action was kind of a long step from a 'traditional' 1911 feel,that looks like a happy medium!

It is a very fun gun to shoot, and the ammo is so damn cheap. I have a Sig P226 that I love, but my daughter and I shoot the .22's more often because it's easier on the hands and arms, and the wallet. We shot 300 rounds of 9mm the other night at the cost of $80. We also shot 1050 rounds through the 1911-22 and Mark III at a cost of $36.
