If this car turned out to be as good as the owner is saying and there's only the rot that you can see plus it's a true R/T, for 9K I'd be all over it like a bad rash.
 
It has been on e bay for a while , needs alot of work .I would say if you get grinding and sanding on that body you would be in a jack pot
 
It has been on Ebay since yesterday... You will not find any real issues with the body. Has had very little repair done before. Will need no parts replaced except the upper wheel area on the right side. No rot or rust under the car.
 
Still hopeing for a good trade...
I have a truck as seen in the pics. 67-69 Dart, 70 B body, and Ebody, or older rod project. If this helps..
