Project- Bills Buggy

It seems like forever since I have updated the buggy thread.. Honestly there isnt a ton of progress. This winter just isnt going as I had hoped. So many things I have planned have been derailed by other (sometimes very important) life issues... This past week being no differant. I have been battling a very nasty bout of pneumonia and pleurisy.. Today is the most human I have felt in the last 7 days, so I wanted to take a minute and update everyone on my current progress...

As I mentioned in my last update I scored a fender that had great body lines, and thats it... it had rot up top, both just forward of the antenna hole and further forward towards the nose.. also the bottom and brace were gone just below where the pentastar goes...

So.. We cut good stuff from the passenger fender that we worked on for months to put body lines back in it, (but never quite got it right, and I just couldnt let it go...) So, heres a couple pics of the fender with the patches all cut and welded in.. All the welds are ground down now, these pics show some ground some not... I got sick before I could take more pics...

Hopefully I will be able to get back at it this week, and start flinging a little mud and finish up this fender..

In other progress news, I got the trunk jam, underside of the trunk and both door jams cleaned, scuffed and ready for jamming... so hopefully soon there should be something on the buggy turining B5 blue... (at least thats the plan... lol)
