Can anyone tell me what year this 4 speed trans is?

Casting number C97622
Stamped number 8b406886

This is a 1968 unit built at the hamtramck plant,the car was the 306,886 car built at that plant.You should have a 17 digit code on the stamping pad also.A PP/PK with a 7 digit code and 2 sets of 4 digits codes,mrmopartech

i also need help IDing a 4 speed. the casting number is pp8333014 1405
im waiting to get some pics of the inside from the seller its supposed to be a fresh rebuild
