When you were registering, there was a page that had a whole bunch of writing on it. In big red letters, it said,

You MUST provide minimal information about your car or registration WILL NOT be activated.

We manually go through all applicants. For every real person, there are nine bots trying to sell Viagra or fake watches from the orient.
If you had put something like Dodge Dart in the signature line and/or interests box, it would be activated within a couple hours in most cases.
