Yes Bill, I am sure there are some instances where a windage tray will not be of benefit.

I am surprised that there are not only instances where it will be of no benefit, but also instances in which it can actually COST horsepower (such as on my buddy's Mustang Stocker.)

I am sure that the Mustang deal was an isolated incident, because I have been reading this stuff for a long, long time, and have never EVER heard of another instance like that, but it's worthy of note, I believe, that it CAN happen.

But, I'm not talkin' the one off my car, just because HE had problems; after all, it IS a FORD.... LOL!:blob:

Hmm... I like the sound of that! Its no wonder your car is so damn fast for an n/a slant.

I've got both a Windage tray and Crank Scraper on the way !! Thanks Mike !!!:prayer::prayer::prayer:

I forgot to get them as he was building, but I do have some Oil Pan Studs to install so I could sneek a couple for the curious !!!
