Not on the car directly, but on a related bit of work...
They'll get sand-blasted and painted tomorrow evening. Anyone else build a set of these? I based the overall height on where the car is now while it's on jackstands. Top is 2", 1/8" thick angle iron. Vertical is 1.5", 1/8" square tube. I oriented the seam of the square tube to run against the inside of the angle iron. The bottom plate is 1/4", since that's all I had around. There's holes for bolting to the k-member mounting holes and to the front bumper mounts.
I'll build a similar set for the rear once I get the rear axle and suspension out.
