Dads 67 "S"capade

So some of you may know Dad had decided he wanted another car, so he asked me to start looking. He gave me a limit on $$ but not on what to look for. Basically a blank canvas with limits on the $$. What I found for him is a super solid 67 "S" fastback. We bought it from another member on here. Dad left the communication between me and Jim up to me and put all his trust in me. Dad didnt want a big project, but something that he and I could work on and complete without having to farm out a lot of the work. This fish was a perfect fit for us as there is some work to do, but nothing too technical and something that we could work on together. Here is the breakdown as far as the fendertag goes.
It is a 67 "S" fastback with 273 super commando, 8 3/4 suregrip, decor pkg, tach, 150 speedo, a/c, front disc brakes, AM/FM radio, buckets with headrests, automatic with console. Original color was Gold Metallic, with black interior.

Here is a list of parts that we need for the car
drivers side front "barracuda" script
rear drivers side backup lens
drivers side rear tail light housing
sliding part of hood release

1st thing to be done is get the engine pulled, regasket and reseal. While the engine is out we will send the car out to have the engine bay touched up as well as some minor exterior touchups. Once that part has been done, the AC and heater core will be hooked back up, dunno if we will get it charged or converted, but it will be hooked up to look as it did when it left the factory. I know dads car will progress a hell of a lot quicker than mine, and we are hoping to have it ready for some car shows this year. Thanks for looking and kudos to Jim and his brother for not only finding this car, but for the work they have done. Also for giving dad and I the opportunity to work on this together.

Thanks for looking
