Nevada just changed the law last Oct....car older then 25 yrs can be registered as classic vehicles...no smog test but you are allowed only 5000 miles a year.....but you still pay the 6 dollars the dmv gets from the smog test...
and no one checks the mileage on the car......you just fill out the form...
