If that was a Pa. tag I would say I know this car . It must be a dog thing. These people near me use their PT. to tow a trailer to haul their Greatdanes. They have the exhaust pipes like that to put the exhaust over the trailer so not to kill the dogs. It must be a kit because they have the same flaps and all.

He tows a trailer with small livestock. I know another professional dog breeder that has a similar deal on his Astro van. He's not neerly the tool the others in the pics are. He's just concernned about his investment. I'd bet money that's it, and honestly, if he put flaps on it, he was really thinking about it. Ever seen one of those big deisel stacks when the truck is fired for the first time after a good rain? It covers the truck in sooty water.
