I have had good luck with Steele rubber, I worked with them and they reproduced the 63 Dart rear window rubber gasket. (a 1 year, 1 model only ) The sad part of all this is that it is easy to do, if you could just get some of these guy's to go in on it. If there is anything I can do to help, just let me know?

It is possible to cast these out of urethane, if I had a really good piece to start with.

Hey Tincup, thanks for the offer. Glad to see you onboard. Looks like a 25% positive response so far. I think there is hope. I am actually talking to Steele about the rubber seals for the 63 to 66 a body station wagons. They have agreed that there seems to be a market for these and are waiting for me to send them as good a seal as possible to proceed. I'm still searching everyday, all day, I had spoke with a wagon owner from N.C. I don't know if he is a member of this board. He said he had a couple and would drive them to the company cause he is only 70 miles away. Up to now, he has not followed through. He is hard to get a hold of. He sounded really enthusiastic at first but no action followed.

The piece that you sent Mike, was that not usable for a mold? And again, what is EDM wire machine?
