Too bad everybody has to make a profit on everything nowdays. He should sell it to you for a dollar because it is family. Did your uncle have to pay thousands for it? You shouldn't either. (Unless you don't care about Mopars and just want to sell it and make a profit.){if you do, shame on you} I don't mean to be harsh but this could be a cool transfer from one family Mopar family member to another. Just my opinion.
