F/S: 1971 Swinger project

"roller, ready for final block and paint, plus trim and misc [to complete the body] after paint"

The details: all the trim I have, the hardware, everything but the windshield for the body (needed after I broke the %$^#! thing). Including the twin scoops and the body as it sits. The car had the rocker trims, and the belt mouldings, but I removed all traces of the belt mouldings. They are included in the parts pile. It's got an OK interior, the carpet was replaced, but it's been stored outside in a Cover It for 2 years now. The carpets a mess. The pedals are in it, the bench seat, etc. It has the small bolt 8 3/4 with 3.55s and a grip. I drove it to a cruise night and around the neighborhood with a 360/4spOD. So I know the brakes and stuff worked, and all the small parts are still in boxes and containers. The front end has been totally gone thru by a previous owner. So it's got some miles, but it's all replaced bushings, ball jts, etc, plus it's been upgraded to '74 style disc brakes. Those newer parts have some miles on them, but they're solid. The body's in a thick coat of high build grey primer/sealer. I stripped the car to bare on the exterior, and went from there. All documented. Trunk and engine bay are in the same primer. Engine bay was stripped also, trunk was not. Then it got a coat of etching primer, body work over that, then the high build. It will need all new weatherstrips, seals, emblems, stuff like that. I did inside the jambs too. It's just about ready to spray color. It will need to be blocked lightly to remove some crud (mouse stuff and bugs and crap) and minor scratches it got in storage, then topcoated. It is not perfect. My specialyty is powertrains. But, it's a very solid Swinger body. Personally, I'd prefer to finish the car for someone so I get come kind of closure on it...lol.. I've got a ton more stuff for it, but it wont go with the body if that's how it sells. You cant get a well done (starting with a painted car, stripping to bare, then flatenning and repeated blockings) paint job for $2K. Never mind the steel replacement repairs. Or the upgraded parts. Or the purchase value of a clean titled '71 Swinger. Prob take another $3-5 to pay to have it completed at a normal body shop, and then whatever the drivetrain you have for it will go for. I could finish it right for anybody complete all new driveline with a small block drive train either stick or auto for about $12,000 depending on colrs and build, in your choice of colors, engine, trans, and gearing. PM me for pics(i'll have to take them, but I can email) and more details or if you have any ideas.
Thanks
