1982 Mark Cross LeBaron Convertible.
I ordered this car at Framingham Chrysler Plymouth, Framingham, Mass on the last week of January 1982 as part of a test marketing Chrysler under took to see if there was any demand for rag tops, and took delivery of the car third week of May 1982. It has 71,000 miles, all original excepting some suspension parts.
This car rolled out of the factory as a two door coupe along with 2600 others destined for the guillotine. All were shipped over to Cars ‘n Concepts where the tops were chopped off, floor pans reinforced, windshield cut down two inches, and a power retracting top fitted.
