Building garage need ideas

Are those 8' doors? Also do you have a man door as well or no?

I went 20x24. If I went over the 500 Square feet Then I would have had to get the pad enginered with A stamp. An extra 1500 just for the stamp. So i purchaced A Four post lift. works great. Also I built the garage around the lift, 10.5 feet ceiling.
