Whats the best time for a factory stock duster 1/4 miles ??

My brother had a 1969 Barracuda Formula S Coupe with a 4 Speed , numbers matching factory avs carb through the exhaust manifolds it ran 13.65 @ 107 mph. Thats about 6 tears ago when he sold it.
