Hypothetical 475-500hp 360 build cost.....???

Mainly, I wanted to get a discussion going on the actual minimal cost to get a 360 into the 475-500 flywheel HP range.

Also so I can be sure that I am countering my buddies points with good info on my end.

So what is the cheapest a pump gas, stock stroke 360 can be built? ( assuming one already has a good core)

Would you use the stock heads or after market? What pistons? WHat cam?

What am I missing?
