But should i mess around with welding slots when i can buy a brand new mopar distributer that has an adjustable mechanical advance built into it for 175 bucks?
I did this just recently on my mopar distributor. Paid 40 bucks for the plate plus a set of recurve springs. The distributors are simple to dissassemble/reassemble and it saves you the trouble of guestimating by welding slots.
