Beautiful shop! And very well thought out. I'm sooooo jealous.
Sure makes my 2-car garage look puny, but that's all my property here in SoCal will hold.
Years ago, a couple of years ago after my ex and I bought the house I'm still in, we were offered what was left of my stepfather's parents house and property (used to be an orange ranch) just a couple of blocks away. .7 acre with older 3 bedroom/1 bath house with full basement, 2-car garage, existing separate shop building, office building, and storage buildings. Also orange, lemon, avocado, persimmon trees and more than enough room for a huge vegetable garden. She didn't want it. You ought to see what the people that bought it have done with it.
