Well I just finished trying to install the interior parts I ordered from Classic Industries. Turns out they are made by a company called R.E.M. And let me tell you they are absolute junk!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a new trunk mat, new package tray, and spare tire cover board.

The tire board looks like it was cut out by a High School shop class. Well that may be an insult to the shop class!

I ordered the trunk mat to replace the like new one I have that has decided to curl on very edge. Guess what it mast have been from R.E.M. as the new one is the same way! Will not lay flat for anything.

The worst is the package tray. I absolutely destroyed it trying to install it. Turns out it is almost a full 2in wider that the one I was replacing, and an inch deeper. And the push pin holes are about an inch off. Total junk, and a wast of $50.

So lesson learned. Tomorrow I will be calling Legendary interiors to order all this stuff again. But you better believe I will be asking them if there stuff is made by R.E.M. God I hope not!!!

OK I am done ranting. LOL

Just wanted to warn every one on hear about R.E.M. I would never wish this experience on anyone.

Ledgendary makes their own package tray and tire board. I can't speak about tire boards but I used their package tray and it just slid right in perfect like a ten minute job.

Tire board is just a piece of masonite....

a package tray is basically the same thing with a covering glued over it. i made my own for 6 bucks . i used a piece of fiber board and used my old one as a template. i simply glued black vinyl over it with a few shots of trim adhesive.

I also just installed a package tray from REM into my Duster. It is definately wider than the original! I did finally manage to squeeze it in there, but It took a long time and a whole lot of swearing to finish the job!

Just called REM today. They were very nice! They are going to send me a new tray, so we will see. They looked up the dimensions, and mine is 1.5in wider, and .75in deeper than it should be per there drawings. So sneer as they can figure it got mis labeled. I will let every one know what happens.
