What I know of the 1965 A-bodies came with that battery hold down. I have searched probably over 100 cars and they have all had the same. The picture is from a 1964/1965 magazine showing a 1965 Dart GT. Here in Sweden all 1964 and 1965 A-bodies had that style too.

I will of cause dig into this to see if there has been any changes or modifications in 1964 and 1965. I know and appriciate your knowledge Dan. You're the electrical man on the forum, that's for sure.
