my new wheels, as soon as someone kills a car...

Wow! It looks so refined compared to the 1st gen! I'm so glad they made the Viper, and still are. Maybe someday......

Been on the edge of my seat all morning. LOVE it looks so tough and yet so refined. I love the interior so much better then the previous models.

Looks like a gheyed up corvette.

Absolutely GORGEOUS!!!
SO GLAD they refined the original design rather than entire new design.
600+HP V-10, 208MPH top end. What's not to love?

As much as I like it, I have two issues with it, only 640 HP (less than a GT500, although NA) and just a bit too much Ferrari in the front end. Still, I'm a huge fan. I need to add something from a Gen 1 to my build, and as soon as somebody wrecks one, I need these wheels and the 355 tires on the back along with the seats. Then I've got all 5 gens covered in my build.

Its a 21st century super car now and I love it! It's good to see Dodge getting a Viper back out there. It's also good to see Ma Mopar making a comeback with the help of Fiat. All their 2012 and 2013s look sharp and hopefully will sell well. Just as long as they don't give up hope on performance cars like the other brands seem to have done!

don't forget it's got traction control and abs now....

Vipers have had ABS since 2003 (I'm adapting the '03 ABS to my build), but traction control is new and can be turned off for the hard-cores. Also available is adjustable suspension. Some real cool things are happening with this car. Viper guys seem to be split, though I think more tend to like it than not. Time will tell if it sells, but I think price-point will be an player in this one I think.

I also like that the body is 44% carbon... More rigid frame (I'm updating a couple things on mine that I noticed in the Viper), and a 355 tire... That's just cool. Though an extra 1/2" really won't make that big a deal, but it's still cool, and I MUST have the wheels off the GTS.

Chrysler is still behind in the horsepower wars. :banghead:

The 2013 Shelby Mustang has 650 HP and 200 MPH. :prayer:

At the end of the day though, it's still another Mustang. Plus, the Viper engine is a normally aspirated not super-charged like the GT500 Mustang. Imagine what Hennessy will do with this engine! Plus, at 600 lb ft of torque, the stock engine has highest torque of ANY normally aspirated engine! That is one bad@ss car!

WOW!!! Your sure can see the Italian flavor coming out. Nothing wrong with the Fiat influence as far as Im concerned. They have done an awesome job upgrading all chrysler's interior's,and now I'll bet the styling on the Viper has had some Italian work.

BTW,chrysler is #1 in sales here in North America again....so all you Fiat hater's. Whatcha got to say now?

CORVETTE OWNERS BEWARE...

Viper will likely wipe the floor with the Mustang...after all the Viper set a record at that crazy German race/test track. Nurburghg ring? Time was crazy fast 7:24 or maybe even faster than that. Basically it's faster than about 95% of all the super cars tested on that track. About the closest next car I think is a Porche..

Oh and that was the old 2012 Viper. I'll bet money the new one is faster...
