need help keeping up with a friend

i guess i dont really understand your question there is a ton of stuff you can do to make it faster but you seem to have a new idea everyday. Are you still building the 360 if so that will help. Really what you need to do is settle on a plan and go for it try to quit thinking so much and just follow through with whatever you decide on dont worry about making your car faster than your friends car just build an all around reliable car that you can enjoy.
