1971 Duster Twister body for sale
I have a bare uni-body for sale from a ’71 Plymouth Duster Twister. I bought this car to be a project but ended up parting it out due to necessity in hard times. I’ve had the body for sale for the last year & have had only moderate interest from enthusiasts & several deadbeat bidders on Ebay, which has been very discouraging. The time has come where I need it out of my garage to make room for preparation of putting my ’79 Chrysler 300 up for sale. This will be the last chance to buy this body. If nobody buys before the end of this month (April), I will have no option but to take it to the recycler. That’s not what I want for the car because it’s a very solid foundation for a project, which I wish I were in a position to do myself.
The frame rails & undercarriage are rock solid. The front floor pan on the driver’s side has been replaced, as well as the spare tire well in the trunk, though I think the complete trunk floor & extensions should be replaced. It needs a tail light panel & rocker panel on the passenger side, & lower patches on the quarter panels. What you see is what you get. No surprises. The car has a clear Georgia title. Also included are the vin tag, 2 partial (which will make one) build sheets & fender tag. The car was originally a 318 with a floor shift automatic. FE5 red with black deluxe bucket seat interior.
I still have a really nice hood & deck lid (a few other parts too) I’d bought to use on the car. They are not included with the body but are for sale, first option to the buyer of the car. I can send more pictures upon request.

I’m open to reasonable offers. Please don’t offer scrap price as I can take it to the scrap yard myself if that’s what it comes to. The wheeled dollies on the car are borrowed from a friend & are NOT included. I will help you or your agent load it onto a trailer or transport.
