I just did my 318 over, rear end has a set of Richmond Gears,355 with sure grip,and a 4 speed.
I put the car back together and now i have a vibration and a whine in the rearend when you let off the gas, no very little noise under load. The axles also have green bearings on moser axles. I put the back up on jack stands and no noise at 20 mpr. Let it idle in 2nd gear and there is a clunking noise every 4 or 5 seconds apart.Any help would be great.
