Tire size suggestions for 63 Dart convertible stock

I dont seem to find too many of the 195-70r14 but do see several Radial T/A 195/60 R15 87S RWL tires.
Tire calculator shows this to be 23.21 which is even smaller than my stock tire and seems pretty small, any idea or thoughts on this change?
