I think you are inviting accelerated metal fatigue where the bar is attached to lower control arm, and at the least a lot of road noise transmitted into the car. Personally I wouldnt rigidly connect an anti-sway bar to any suspension component, or frame member.

i just spoke with a tech at Art Morrison and they told me that it is completly safe if its mounted correctly. they told me that all of there sway bars are attached in this way. i have attached a picture so you can see what i have in mind.
