I have seen a couple people running around with fiberglass bumpers on their early valiants, i am looking to buy new fiberglass bumpers instead of refinishing my stock ones. does anyone know where to get them? thanks alot!

my first guess would be vfn fiberglass in ill,,,there are a few other shops that make glass stuff for early barraudas,,

Try www.aarqualityfiberglass.com well built stuff, not sure if they'll have your application though.

I'm not seeing the early A-body stuff there. VFN is where I got my hood, I think the other place is Body source or something like that.

VFN has fiberglass bumpers, hoods, deck lids, and fenders for the early A's. For an additional charge, they will make them out of carbon fiber as well. They are the only people I have found who has these items. Hester (my 66 Valiant 4 door) still looks like a granny grocery getter, but she is a lot lighter now. Besides paint, all I had to do to the parts to make them fit was drill the holes for the fender chrome spear.

VFN's on-line catalog only lists bumpers for the 66 & later stuff. Hoods for 64 & 65 are available.
