Did you build that your self ?
I bet it takes a long time to cool off.
I would have to do a junk 400 mopar block.:thumrigh:
Looks like a lot of work and expense.
But it does look cool for the shop.:salut:

cant see the engine hoist used to open it in the pics:laughing:

I'd rather just leave out by the creek to rust and let the minnows swim in and out of them....LOL

That is the same one that was in the last issue of Hot Rod if Im not mistaken. The guy that made it lives about 5 miles from me.

so for nonstick would you use Pam spray or brush on some Slick50 ?
High octane charcoal starter required ?

I heard the Mopar version will cook a steak to perfection in 9.5 seconds:thumblef:

And of course with any BBQ, you will want the 6 pack option:drinkers:

that is chevys design of a propane conversion!
I heard it really cooks.

If this were a used block I would have reservations about it.
If the contaminates in motor oil are carcinogenic to the skin imagine the effects of ingestion through fumes.
I would guess that the porous cast iron would have absorbed some of the chemicals.
Many people wouldn’t be concerned, but I would prefer the safe course.
I have absorbed enough bad stuff already in my work.
:wack:
