Separator plate mods by upening up flow to the clutches and bands.
(Transgo kits tell you to do them)
Accumulator blocking as well as replacing the sealing rings on it with D rings. (Trango kits recommend the same)
Changing the mainline pump pressure. (Transgo kits also do this)
Raising the shift points higher in the RPM range. (Transgo kits do this also)
And there is an easy mod that can be done to the governor flyweight to raise the shiftpoints (I don't think Trangso mentions that one though.)
