easy build, i would buy a rotating assembly that is balanced already. i bought mine from muscle motors about 7 years ago. top notch stuff. then any reputible machine shop should be able to do the rest. i had them bore to what i needed which was .30 over 340 then pre assembled so i could clearance the the cylinders. you want min. .100 clearance. i used eagle h beams and really didn't need to clearance the cylinder but i opened it up a bit. really straight forward.
