**Twin Turbo 67 Dart Project**

:eek:ops: I forgot to finish what I was going to say, I was checking your lower control arms, an was wondering wher you got them, an do they make it for B-body cars, they are really nice pieces an would look good on my RoadRunner, Thanks again

They are member " Badart " 's parts.

I'll bet it is. Notice there are no prices on that companies websight? A sure sign you would die of fright/shock...

Yup, if you have to ask you can't afford it is how that goes! A standard type of engine from Nelson Racing is around 45K or so. That Elephant Twin Turbo has got to be at least twice that for sure.

I liked the block and cabinet door opening in the dyno room. I thought a couple times it might come off the stand.

I can't find a link to the twin turbo 572ci Hemi in the vid above, but for around the same dyno numbers in a Chevy, there's a spec sheet here: [ame="http://www.nelsonracingengines.com/assets/images/pdfs/dynosheets2010/632-tt-crw.pdf"]http://www.nelsonracingengines.com/assets/images/pdfs/dynosheets2010/632-tt-crw.pdf[/ame]

Hemi parts are of course a fair bit more expensive though.

He is also using his custom Nelson Turbo's, A fully custom Billet Block which from the video it seems he is making that also? I am sure it is WAY more expensive than the Chevy Build.

Subscribed. :wav::happy1:I have got to get back on my Dart as soon as this graduation party is done!!!

Looking great Louis. I wonder how it would cost to ship my Barracuda to you for my rear suspension build? ;-)

Looks excellent! I love the amount of shop space it looks like you have too.

Bye Bye factory tank huh?

I think it may fit but I will probably cut out the spare tire well and partially sink a fuel cell in its place.

I guess if a guy really wanted to keep the stock tank, the stock tank could be notched/welded up so the shocks clear.

This is slow process when you need to make all these brackets. Sanding them in and drilling them takes quite a bit of time. It is getting there slowly.
The band saw motor took a dump. We got another one and need to change out the pulley. I still have the 4 lower link brackets to cut, sand and drill. Along with a few more pieces for under the car at the lower arm and the upper attachment Link Bar location. You can see the 4 plates I have with 5 adjustment holes in them. There are a few more pieces that go with that also.

There is still some room left for a wheelie bar attachment so I am thinking to go ahead and put those brackets on also before powder coat.

Yes I am only using all those heims for the correct spacing........

Looks real nice.. I love the way you put your shocks straight up... I didn't think there would be room on mine to do that or have a back brace.

2 Kids in College and a Competition Dancer....... I can't afford New Balance!!
Those are cheapooo Costco $14.95 Top of the line Jobs.

LoL! If our kids only knew the sacrifices it takes for higher education!

When its time I think I will be using a Dana60. I ripped the 9" out of my Falcon 3 times with 900 hp! I even had Richmond Pro gears, Strange case and the same big bearing Billet pinion support!

Nice fab work Louis!!!

I spent quite a bit of time laying on my creeper measureing everything so I hope all my calculations are correct. The shock tower will not be in the trunk from my measurements. At first I thought it would be but since the car will sit really low, I lowered the shocks down on the axle brackets to keep it all under the trunk.

Yeah we did the same with my car as well.. what length shock are you using? Also will urs sit about how mine sits? I can't get any lower without the rear tire hitting the back of the fender.. not to mention the shock right now is mid tavel. If we would have put mine in straight up then we would have needed to go with a shorter shock. my rear shock tower bar is located 1/2" from the bottom of the trunk hump.
