I found this great link for fixing/replacing door hinges. Apparently the door hinge for 63-76 A-bodies is the same hinge for 72-93 dodge ram d-series or w-series pickup trucks. All you have to do is ream one of the threaded holes out and you have a brand new zinc coated hinge for around 30 bucks.
