Thanks. Yeah, regulator adjustment is slightly awkward. I can get either a regular or offset box wrench in there to loosen the lock nut and use my fingers to turn the adjustment screw. It's basically a set-it-and-forget-it deal for now but it's easily handled if it needs to be adjusted again.
AED actually recommends setting pressure before you cinch everything down which makes sense in this particular case. I guess you just need to plan accordingly to make sure you have enough access room to do what you need to do.
I had the Holley on hand so that's what I had to work with. This whole set up may have turned out differently if I had a another type of regulator with a different port configuration and mounting points.
