More Connecting Rod Length Theory Questions

well, I know that the term mechanical loss comes into play here. the less your piston travels the more rpms you'll see. so in my mind get a super long rod, or a crank with shorter throws, and use like a turbo or blower or something. this will give you compression, and rpms. and in this way it can run more efficiently. I see chevys at the tractor pulls out pull fords all night long, not because of more power, but because the fords have a harder time under extreme loads because of their long stroke. I mean you can have an engine with more power, it's the way it handles it. shorter strokes are way more durable (NOT BRAND BASHING) but if you forget the brands and look at engineering, short stroke is the best.
