Biggest Cam in a 360?

Those two cams are not really apples to apples...the comp is a mild hydraulic street cam, that hughes is a pretty heavy solid

Use the Whiplash....that second video you like above is the same car, but the 340 has been stroked to 416 with worked Edelbrock heads by Hughes. The cam is a large solid....if you rebuild yours then by all means you are starting with a clean sheet. If not, then go Whiplash, that's what he was running in the first video and he's got another were he goes 12.9 with that setup with a stock 340 and the Whiplash. Pretty good for an otherwise stock motor, and that's with the stock rockers..not rollers and stock small valve iron heads.

You should get cam/lifters/springs from Hughes...>Dave at Hughes will highly recommend his springs for use with his cams...as well if you buy his package he'll gaurantee is against going flat if you flub it on break-in.

Good luck!

Stay away from the Thumpr line...heard bad things about them, poor power and I'm pretty sure they are NOT ground on true .904 lobes like Hughes cams are...if your stuck on Comp then I'd go with an XE grind...or a Lunati Voodoo 60403 or 60404 both great grinds.
