nice shiny paint, but that hood is so making it look like a nova in pic number four!. to each his own though. i hope you like it, that is all that matters. but you asked for .02.................................... i think the hood alone makes the whole car look like puke!

Nice car.....as to the hood if it is needed so be it.....haters gonna hate....just like flippers are gonna flip......

Yeah the hood don't do anything for me and it's just my opinion. It is still a awsome looking Demon.

Ba.... Ba.... Ba... Bad....
Bad to the Bone...

just sayn'

I may have a new favorite car here. I wonder how that scoop would look on my coronet.

The hood scoop is backwards, but other than that, it's a fine mo-cheen. Cowl induction is for Chebbies.

How about a close up of the front wheels? Is it just me or are the spokes super thin?

Some classes don't allow a forward facing scoop. Did you guys hate on the Pro Stock trucks too?

I think the car looks awesome. I would like to know more about it though.

Your car looks awesome! Some times you have to run the tall scoop for whats under the hood.:DJob well done!:burnout:

LOL great car man. Ditch the chevrolet cowl. Sorry, I know i'm just a "hater" or however these guys say. Each to their own, the car looks fantastic though!

John, do you have the standard rear leaf front segment, or the longer 24" version?

the leaf springs are 20" front segment.

when i ran the car a few years back it would run 9.80's at 135 on motor and pump gas. 493" indy heads, .640 flat tappet, 3350 lbs mufflers and M/T radials. later i changed the gear to a 4.10, swapped convertors and added nitrous and have been 9.11 at 3410 lbs. had some issues to work out , combo will run 8.80's no doubt. i would like to turn it up more, but have a stock block and dont want to push any harder. when i get a good short block together i'll prolly add another stage and get after it.
