The advantage is that you can use readily available brake parts. I have done the C-body 11" brake swaps on a couple of cars, but the rear brakes I have for my Barracuda are 10x2.5" from an '87 Fifth Ave. Once you redrill the original A-body drums you will have to do that to any set you buy and they are getting hard to find these days.
