TrailBeast, an old biker artist friend of mine passed away this passed Thanksgiving day and his home is set away from the street with 5 acres and a big shop. It will be selling for around 125,000. here in Grants Pass Oregon where there isn't any snow to speak of, nice people 99% white and a shitload of Californians who felt the same way as you.
